A Day in Yellow

Our intention with Yellow Shirt day is that by wearing Yellow, you are projecting support to your friends/family/coworkers and even strangers. Allowing others to see that you are here and willing to listen and provide support. Knowing that there are many willing to listen and help without judgement is an important message. A Sip of Strength - Mental Health Coffee House

This event is a collaboration between CMHA and SJSPC. It is meant to bring hope to those who need it most. The evening provides an opportunity for the community to unite during the cold winter months. This event is an impactful evening with an inspiring lineup of local artists coming together to raise awareness and break down the stigma of mental health and suicide.
